執(zhi)行機構(gou)故障(zhang)的壹(yi)般規律(lv)
壹(yi).指(zhi)示燈故障(zhang)
1.故障(zhang)現(xian)象:
給(gei)電動(dong)執(zhi)行機通(tong)電(dian)後發(fa)現電(dian)源(yuan)指(zhi)示燈不(bu)亮,伺放板(ban)無反(fan)饋,給(gei)信號(hao)不(bu)動(dong)作。
故障(zhang)判(pan)斷(duan)和(he)檢(jian)修過程:
因(yin)電源(yuan)指(zhi)示燈不(bu)亮,首(shou)先(xian)檢(jian)查保險(xian)管(guan)是(shi)否開路(lu),經檢(jian)查保險(xian)管(guan)完(wan)好,綜(zong)合故障(zhang)現(xian)象,可以推(tui)斷(duan)故障(zhang)有可能(neng)發(fa)生(sheng)在伺放板(ban)的電(dian)源(yuan)部(bu)分,接著檢(jian)查電源(yuan)指(zhi)示燈,用萬(wan)用表檢(jian)測發(fa)現指(zhi)示燈開(kai)路,更換指(zhi)示燈故障(zhang)排除。
結(jie)論(lun):電源(yuan)指(zhi)示燈開(kai)路會造(zao)成整個伺放板(ban)不工(gong)作。
2.故障(zhang)現(xian)象:(調試中(zhong)發(fa)現)
電(dian)動(dong)執(zhi)行器的執(zhi)行機構(gou)通(tong)電(dian)後,給(gei)信號(hao)開(kai)可(ke)以,關不動作。
故障(zhang)判(pan)斷(duan)和(he)檢(jian)修過程:
先(xian)仔(zai)細(xi)檢(jian)查反(fan)饋線路,確認反(fan)饋信號(hao)*,給(gei)開信(xin)號(hao)時開指(zhi)示燈亮,說(shuo)明(ming)開正常(chang),給(gei)關信(xin)號(hao)時關指(zhi)示燈不(bu)亮,說(shuo)明(ming)關可控矽(gui)部分有問題(ti),首(shou)先檢(jian)查關指(zhi)示燈,用萬(wan)用表檢(jian)測發(fa)現關(guan)指(zhi)示燈開(kai)路,將其(qi)更(geng)換後故障(zhang)排除。
結(jie)論(lun):關和(he)開(kai)指(zhi)示燈不(bu)亮(開(kai)路(lu))時可控(kong)矽(gui)不動作。
二.電(dian)阻電容(rong)
1.故障(zhang)現(xian)象:
電動(dong)執(zhi)行機構(gou)通(tong)電(dian)後,給(gei)定(ding)壹個信號(hao)(例(li)75%),執(zhi)行機構(gou)會全(quan)開(kai)到(dao)底,然(ran)後回到(dao)位(wei)置(75%)。
故障(zhang)判(pan)斷(duan)和(he)檢(jian)修過程:
根(gen)據以上(shang)故障(zhang)現(xian)象,首先(xian)要判(pan)斷(duan)是(shi)伺放板(ban)和(he)執(zhi)行機構(gou)那(na)壹(yi)個(ge)有問題(ti)。將(jiang)伺放板(ban)從執(zhi)行機構(gou)上(shang)拆下,直接將電源(yuan)線(xian)接(jie)到X5/1和(he)X5/4端(duan)子上(shang),執(zhi)行機構(gou)關方(fang)向動(dong)作,將電(dian)源(yuan)線(xian)接(jie)到X5/1和(he)X5/2端(duan)子上(shang),執(zhi)行機構(gou)開方(fang)向動(dong)作,如(ru)果執(zhi)行機構(gou)動作不正常(chang),說(shuo)明(ming)故障(zhang)在執(zhi)行器上(shang)。用萬(wan)用表測電機繞組正常(chang),再(zai)測(ce)電(dian)容(rong)兩(liang)邊(bian)的電(dian)阻(zu)發(fa)現有壹個(ge)開路(lu),將其更(geng)換後故障(zhang)排除。
結(jie)論(lun):遇到以上(shang)故障(zhang)現(xian)象時,首先(xian)要判斷(duan)故障(zhang)發(fa)生(sheng)在那(na)壹(yi)個(ge)部(bu)分上(shang),後確定(ding)根源(yuan)。
2.故障(zhang)現(xian)象:
執(zhi)行機構(gou)通(tong)電(dian)後給(gei)關信(xin)號(hao)(4mA)執(zhi)行機構(gou)先全(quan)開後再全(quan)關(guan)。
故障(zhang)判(pan)斷(duan)和(he)檢(jian)修過程:
先(xian)拆除伺放板(ban),直接給(gei)執(zhi)行機構(gou)通(tong)電(dian)發(fa)現仍(reng)然(ran)存在原(yuan)故障(zhang),檢(jian)查電阻(zu),電阻阻(zu)值(zhi)正常(chang),說(shuo)明(ming)電(dian)阻(zu)沒問題(ti),檢(jian)查電機繞組,發(fa)現阻(zu)值(zhi)正常(chang),電(dian)機沒問題(ti)。由此(ci)故障(zhang)推(tui)斷(duan)有可能(neng)電容(rong)壞(huai),重新更換電(dian)容(rong),故障(zhang)排除。
結(jie)論(lun):出(chu)現(xian)該問題(ti)時首先(xian)懷疑(yi)電(dian)阻和(he)電(dian)容(rong)。
三(san).其它(ta)
1、故障(zhang)現(xian)象:
現場只要送AC220V電源(yuan),保(bao)護(hu)開關立(li)即動(dong)作(跳閘(zha))執(zhi)行機構(gou)伺放保險(xian)已燒。
故障(zhang)判(pan)斷(duan)和(he)檢(jian)修過程:
首(shou)先用萬(wan)用表檢(jian)測執(zhi)行機構(gou)上(shang)的電(dian)機繞組,發(fa)現電(dian)機繞組的電(dian)阻(zu)趨向於(yu)零(ling),說(shuo)明(ming)電(dian)機已短路(lu),再檢(jian)測抱(bao)閘(zha)兩(liang)端(duan)電阻,電阻(zu)趨向於(yu)無窮大(da),說明(ming)抱(bao)閘(zha)已壞,正常(chang)應(ying)是(shi)1.45K左右。終(zhong)的處(chu)理(li)辦(ban)法是(shi):更(geng)換新(xin)的抱(bao)閘(zha)和(he)電(dian)機,把伺放板(ban)的保(bao)險(xian)管(guan)裝上(shang),重(zhong)新(xin)調試,恢復(fu)正常(chang)運作。
結(jie)論(lun):此(ci)情(qing)況應是(shi)由於(yu)抱(bao)閘(zha)壞了之後把電(dian)機抱(bao)死而現場沒有及時發(fa)現,使(shi)電(dian)機長(chang)期(qi)處(chu)於(yu)堵(du)轉(zhuan)發(fa)熱(re),工(gong)作終(zhong)使(shi)電(dian)機相間(jian)絕緣(yuan)破(po)壞(huai)所導(dao)致的。
2、故障(zhang)現(xian)象:
執(zhi)行機構(gou)的動(dong)作方向(xiang)不受輸入信(xin)號(hao)的控(kong)制。
故障(zhang)判(pan)斷(duan)和(he)檢(jian)修過程:
先(xian)檢(jian)查兩(liang)個(ge)限流電阻(zu)和(he)移相電(dian)容(rong)均(jun)沒有異常(chang),用萬(wan)用表檢(jian)查電機的繞組阻值,發(fa)現電(dian)機的電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)為1.45MΩ(且不時地(di)發(fa)生(sheng)變(bian)化),說(shuo)明電(dian)機繞組不對,終(zhong)的辦(ban)法是(shi)更(geng)換了這(zhe)臺(tai)電(dian)機。
3、故障(zhang)現(xian)象:
執(zhi)行機構(gou)的動(dong)作方向(xiang)不受伺放板(ban)的控(kong)制。
故障(zhang)判(pan)斷(duan)和(he)檢(jian)修過程:
首(shou)先讓用戶(hu)用萬(wan)用表檢(jian)測兩(liang)個(ge)限流電阻(zu)和(he)移相電(dian)容(rong)及(ji)電機的繞組阻值,用戶(hu)的檢(jian)查結(jie)果和(he)我(wo)們提(ti)供的終(zhong)數據壹(yi)致。影(ying)響(xiang)執(zhi)行機構(gou)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)的三(san)個因(yin)素就是①電(dian)機本身(shen)的繞組②限流電阻(zu)③移相電(dian)容(rong),除了這(zhe)三(san)個因(yin)素以外再沒有其它(ta)的可(ke)能(neng)性。
4、故障(zhang)現(xian)象:
無論(lun)現場給(gei)什(shen)麽信號(hao)電(dian)機都(dou)不動(dong)作,
故障(zhang)判(pan)斷(duan)和(he)檢(jian)修過程:
直接在電機繞組間通(tong)電(dian),電(dian)機也(ye)不傳,抱(bao)閘(zha)拆下通(tong)電(dian)電(dian)機還是不轉(zhuan),檢(jian)測電機繞組阻值均(jun)正常(chang),手(shou)輪(lun)搖執(zhi)行機構(gou)動作正常(chang)。檢(jian)測的結(jie)果都(dou)正常(chang)就(jiu)是(shi)通(tong)電(dian)時電機不轉(zhuan),此(ci)時懷疑(yi)電(dian)機的轉(zhuan)子,把電(dian)機拆開,發(fa)現轉(zhuan)子用手(shou)都(dou)擰(ning)不(bu)動(dong),原(yuan)來轉(zhuan)子和(he)電(dian)機端蓋之間(jian)已有壹層(ceng)堅(jian)固(gu)的灰(hui),把這(zhe)層(ceng)灰(hui)清除之後,加上(shang)壹(yi)點(dian)潤滑油(you),用手(shou)就(jiu)可以擰(ning)動(dong)了。重新把(ba)電機裝好並(bing)與執(zhi)行機構(gou)配合裝上(shang),通(tong)電(dian)正常(chang),重(zhong)新(xin)調(tiao)試。
