CKD電磁(ci)閥分(fen)類
CKD電磁(ci)閥是用(yong)來控制流(liu)體(ti)方(fang)向(xiang)的(de)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)基礎(chu)元(yuan)件(jian),屬於執(zhi)行(xing)器(qi);通(tong)常(chang)用(yong)於機械控制和工(gong)業閥門(men)上(shang)面(mian),對介質方(fang)向(xiang)進行(xing)控(kong)制,從(cong)而達到對閥門(men)開(kai)關(guan)的控(kong)制。工(gong)作(zuo)原理(li)電(dian)磁(ci)閥裏有(you)密(mi)閉(bi)的腔(qiang),在(zai)不(bu)同(tong)位(wei)置開(kai)有(you)通(tong)孔(kong),每(mei)個(ge)孔(kong)都通(tong)向(xiang)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)油管,腔(qiang)中(zhong)間(jian)是閥,兩(liang)面(mian)是兩(liang)塊電(dian)磁(ci)鐵(tie),哪面(mian)的(de)磁(ci)鐵(tie)線(xian)圈(quan)通(tong)電(dian)閥體(ti)就會被(bei)吸引(yin)到哪(na)邊(bian),通(tong)過(guo)控(kong)制(zhi)閥體(ti)的(de)移(yi)動來擋(dang)住(zhu)或(huo)漏(lou)出不(bu)同(tong)的(de)排油的孔(kong),而進油孔(kong)是常開(kai)的,液(ye)壓油就會進入不(bu)同(tong)的(de)排油管,然(ran)後(hou)通(tong)過(guo)油的壓(ya)力(li)來推(tui)動(dong)油缸的(de)活塞,活塞又(you)帶動(dong)活塞桿(gan),活塞桿(gan)帶(dai)動(dong)機械裝置動。這樣通(tong)過(guo)控(kong)制(zhi)電磁(ci)鐵(tie)的電(dian)流(liu)通(tong)斷(duan)就控制了(le)機械運(yun)動(dong)。
CKD電(dian)磁(ci)閥簡單分(fen)為(wei)三(san)大(da)類(lei):
1、直動式(shi)電磁(ci)閥:原理(li):通(tong)電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)產生(sheng)電磁(ci)力(li)把關(guan)閉件(jian)從閥座上(shang)提(ti)起(qi),閥門(men)打(da)開;斷(duan)電時(shi),電磁(ci)力(li)消失,彈簧把關(guan)閉件(jian)壓在(zai)閥座上(shang),閥門(men)關(guan)閉。特(te)點:在(zai)真(zhen)空(kong)、負(fu)壓(ya)、零(ling)壓(ya)時(shi)能正(zheng)常工(gong)作(zuo),但通(tong)徑壹般(ban)不(bu)超過(guo)25mm。
2、分(fen)步(bu)直動式(shi)電磁(ci)閥:原理(li):它是壹種(zhong)直動和(he)先導式(shi)相結合的(de)原理(li),當(dang)入口與出(chu)口沒(mei)有壓(ya)差時(shi),通(tong)電(dian)後(hou),電(dian)磁(ci)力(li)直接(jie)把先(xian)導小閥和主(zhu)閥關(guan)閉件(jian)依(yi)次(ci)向(xiang)上(shang)提(ti)起(qi),閥門(men)打(da)開。當(dang)入口與出(chu)口達到啟(qi)動(dong)壓(ya)差(cha)時(shi),通(tong)電(dian)後(hou),電(dian)磁(ci)力(li)先導小閥,主(zhu)閥下腔(qiang)壓(ya)力(li)上(shang)升(sheng),上(shang)腔(qiang)壓(ya)力(li)下降,從(cong)而利(li)用(yong)壓差把主(zhu)閥向(xiang)上(shang)推(tui)開(kai);斷(duan)電時(shi),先導閥利(li)用(yong)彈簧力(li)或(huo)介質壓(ya)力(li)推(tui)動(dong)關(guan)閉件(jian),向(xiang)下(xia)移(yi)動,使閥門(men)關(guan)閉。特(te)點:在(zai)零(ling)壓差或(huo)真(zhen)空(kong)、高(gao)壓時(shi)亦能可*動作(zuo),但功(gong)率(lv)較(jiao)大,要(yao)求(qiu)必須水(shui)平(ping)安裝。
3、先(xian)導式(shi)電磁(ci)閥:原理(li):通(tong)電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)磁(ci)力(li)把先(xian)導孔(kong)打(da)開(kai),上(shang)腔(qiang)室(shi)壓(ya)力(li)迅速下降,在(zai)關(guan)閉件(jian)周圍(wei)形成上(shang)低下高(gao)的壓(ya)差,流(liu)體(ti)壓(ya)力(li)推(tui)動(dong)關(guan)閉件(jian)向(xiang)上(shang)移(yi)動,閥門(men)打(da)開;斷(duan)電時(shi),彈簧力(li)把先(xian)導孔(kong)關(guan)閉,入口壓力(li)通(tong)過(guo)旁(pang)通(tong)孔(kong)迅速腔(qiang)室(shi)在(zai)關(guan)閥件(jian)周圍(wei)形成下(xia)低上(shang)高(gao)的壓(ya)差,流(liu)體(ti)壓(ya)力(li)推(tui)動(dong)關(guan)閉件(jian)向(xiang)下(xia)移(yi)動,關(guan)閉閥門(men)。特(te)點:流(liu)體(ti)壓(ya)力(li)範圍上(shang)限(xian)較(jiao)高(gao),可任(ren)意安裝(zhuang)(需(xu)定(ding)制)但(dan)必須滿(man)足(zu)流(liu)體(ti)壓(ya)差條件(jian)。電磁(ci)閥從閥結構和(he)材料(liao)上(shang)的(de)不(bu)同(tong)與(yu)原(yuan)理上(shang)的(de)區(qu)別(bie),分(fen)為(wei)六個(ge)分(fen)支(zhi)小(xiao)類:直動膜(mo)片(pian)結構、分(fen)步(bu)直動膜(mo)片(pian)結構、先(xian)導膜(mo)片(pian)結構、直動活塞結構、分(fen)步(bu)直動活塞結構、先(xian)導活塞結構。
